ANDERSON, Eliza Siddens - Putnam

Eliza Siddens ANDERSON daughter of Jesse and Julia Siddens died Sept 15, 1927 in Russellville. She was born in Bainbridge in 1853. She married Jan 12, 1877 to Joseph Anderson. Survivors are children Mrs. Charles Grimes of Russellville, Mrs. Maggie Gardner of Union City Ind, Mrs. Dora Grimes of Browns Valley and James Anderson of Russellville 19 grandchildren, one brother Joseph Siddon (sic) of Gillmore, Ill. She was preceded in death by a son, two daughters Bertha and Jesse and the husband. Burial in Russellville cemetery.

Funeral services were held at Russellville Saturday for Mrs. Eliza Ann Anderson, widow of the late Joseph Anderson.  Mrs. Anderson was born at Bainbridge in 1857. Three daughters and a son survive. Her death was due to the effects of a stroke of paralysis suffered several months ago.
